"At first I thought I was at the wrong hotel until I saw that the foyer resembled the picture but the outside looked very sketchy. I had wall paper peeling in the bathroom and the sheets on the bed were thin with no thick comforter. To make it worse, the TV had an antenna (in 2026 is crazy) signal wasn’t great, and the dresser it sat on was as low as a coffee table. Breakfast was decent as they did offer some hot items. Upon checking out, I was charged for a drink I didn’t purchase in the middle of the night. Won’t be returning! Don’t recommend "

"The staff was always hiding somewhere. There were always people hanging out in the front of the hotel that I don’t think actually stayed there. We had a homeless person followed us all the way up to our floor because the front desk was never there. The bathroom was moldy and the floors were dirty. Not really want I expected for a 4 star hotel."

"The room was large and comfortable. No frills but great for the price. The only negative I noticed was rusty color in a few places in the bathtub / shower. I would stay there again."

"Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. Owner was very communicative. The house had everything we needed and some extras. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Houston area. Home is quick ride to/ from IAH. "
