"Overall we had a nice time in the hotel. However we were not able to use the sauna because someone broke the door and during our 4- day stay it has not been repaired. The spa closes very fast so in the evening you can't use it nor over the weekends. The gym was a big disappointment, half of the machines were not working and were super dirty. We liked the food - the chef is great and the entertainment at night was fun. "

"Hotel bien situé sur les hauteurs d'Arenal. Accueil moyen : Ne demandez aucun service vous perdez votre temps ! la wifi est payante. Présence de fourmis très désagréable dans l'appartement: congélateur, cuisine, murs... Pas de cafetière après avoir réclamé à l'accueil on me dit qu'il n'en reste plus ! Sur la terrasse trop de vis à vis pas de haies pour préserver l'intimité de chacun. Dans la cuisine, les plaques de cuisson sont dans un état déplorable et ne fonctionne pas très bien. Le four...

Le cadre est magnifique avec ses 2 piscines. Le Nord de l'ile est plus pittoresques. A refaire sans hésitation et surtout a recommander. "
