"Misses:
Lack outdoor space for exercising.
Room corridor is narrow & has a weird stale odor.
Canapés at Club M was disappointing.
The chefs at Club M should be more engaging with guests. They looked rather hostile!
Hits:
Adam Hafiz the Senior Duty Manager was excellent. Monica & the Room Reservations team exceeded expectations & prompt in their responses. Keep up the good work.
Club M service staff were awesome!"
