"We were delayed in London due to no fault of us but the airline. They compensated us without us asking to upgrade our room to a suite and also when I told them if we can hv a buffet on the house, there was no hesitation to honour it. Thank you Eastern n Oriental as it made us feel happy after such a horrendous journey as we had to rearrange n lost quite abit due to delay ."

"The hotel location is very convenient and hotel provides shuttle service to Gurney Plaza. Stayed at the room with Bay View for 2 nights. The room is new, clean and spacious. Staffs are really friendly too. Enjoyed the stay there. "

"I like the fact that they have a variety of room types, including some with private pools, which makes me want to come back and book these rooms next time. There are plenty of breakfast options, including not just Malay food but also Indian, Chinese, Thai, and Western dishes."

"Great facilities especially for young family with kids. Breakfast isn't the best but location wise very good and close to long beach hawker market. Staff are super friendly and rooms are great. Got upgraded to the Lanai Suite, was verg spacious with great views."

"Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff. So beautiful, lots of things to do on the resort itself. We enjoyed massages, parasailing, and swimming. Also great if you have kids and babies, our wee one loved it. We woke up to monkeys on our balcony and that was such a fun experience. You can also enjoy the harmless monitor lizards roaming around the resort. Lastly, the food and service is incredibly cheap and great quality. Highly recommend the Sigis bar and restaurant on the property. Will definitely come back."
