Holiday Apartment 'Lauben 75' with Wi-Fi – Where History Meets Harmony
Nestled in a Tyrolean village, close to the thermal baths and Trauttmansdorff Castle, you will find this unique holiday apartment in the heart of Merano’s most renowned shopping arcades, the Laubengasse. The apartment was extensively renovated and newly furnished in October 2022, successfully blending history and harmony.
You can still discover details that reveal the long history of the house. The building dates back to the 17th century, making it one of the oldest houses in Merano. Until 1800, it served as a courthouse, was a brothel in the 1960s, and in 1980 became home to one of Merano’s first Michelin-starred restaurants. Since 2018, it has housed a trattoria and attractive holiday apartments.
The apartment is 108 m², features four spacious rooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. It offers ample space for 2 to 4 people and is the ideal starting point to explore Merano and South Tyrol in all their diversity. Right outside your door, you are in the midst of the action and just a few steps from the clear Passer River or hiking trails into nature.
The apartment is privately rented, and as a family, we have put much love and energy into its design. We hope it will inspire you as well. The windows were renovated in March.
Merano guest cards for bus, train, admissions, and further discounts are available.
