"I have stayed at the Victoria several times with no complaints, but this time I was disappointed, the bed was uncomfortable and there was an absolutely disgusting odour in the bathroom. Then an altercation with a staff member who did not want to honour a discount which was offered when eating at the restaurant, he was rude and condescending."

"Great location in the heart of the CBD with easy access to transport options. I stay regularly for work and the rooms are always clean and tidy and check-in is easy. My last stay, the hairdryer was broken and there was no conditioner in the shower, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay."
