The Lake View Pool house

The interior spaces are a series of split levels that flow through the house from the front door up a shortflight of stairs to a bright open plan living space with fireplace. This leads to a modern dining and kitchen area that then connects to the outside, via a terrace off the dining area and a paved area off the kitchen. In summer you spill out onto the terraces for dining while the sun goes down over semnoz , enjoying the spectacular views. At the lounge level you have 1 double bedroom with 1 family bathroom and 1 toilet . Up another flight of stairs is a sleeping area containing 2 double bedrooms one with walk in wardrobe , family bathroom and laundry.A loft style bedroom is at the top sleeping 2 .

Amazing Location

We spent a week at this gorgeous property and would have loved to have stayed longer! The location of the property is a perfect base from which to explore the Lake Annecy area. Our highlights were doing a Via Ferrara and hikes in the nearby mountains, walking to the Menthon Castle from the villa, walking to the lake for a swim and a drink, taking the free bus into beautiful Annecy,

Ein Traumhaus mit Traumblick

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage (morgens ausschlafen ging prima) wunderschön oberhalb vom Lac d'Annecy mit herrlichem Blick auf Annecy und auch auf das Chateau Menthon. Der Gasgrill hat große Freude bereitet, auch der kleine Pool ist schön. Die Jugend hatte mit der Tischtennisplatte ihre Freude. Internet war okay. Die Küche ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Fernsehen nur französisch. Einziger Pferdefuß war der Dieselgeruch aus den Kaminschlitzen, die wir aber erfolgreich mit Plastiktüten abgedichtet haben.
