"This was a great hotel to stay at for our base in Rome. Check in was easy and Christine (front desk) and all the staff were very friendly. She provided us great tips on restaurants and they can help you book any tours. The hotel is walkable to shops, restaurants and many tourists attractions including the Colosseum. The room we had is nicely updated. It was clean with a comfortable bed and a desk. The washroom is small, but that is typical in Rome. They also had an option for a paid breakfast...

"Excellent hotel, the staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, modern and quiet. You dont hear anything between rooms or from the outside. Breakfast as a good selection (not massive but good enough). The staff is superb, especially Alessandra, but all of then were great. Location is fantastic, walking distancd to everywhere, 5 min to the main train station and couple minutes walk to the metro stop as well. Really happy with this stay."

"We just stayed at Relais de la Poste on our brief visit to Rome. We stayed in the Superior Room that had a lovely Juliet balcony overlooking the plaza and across from a beautiful Church. Samanta at the front desk was so kind and friendly. The room was perfect - water pressure was great and shower was nice and hot. The room was modern and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with cold cuts, pastries and eggs. The gentleman at the breakfast was very attentive and friendly. ...

"The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable. "

There was a rooftop bar but we couldn’t get a table to sit up there despite being guests. I would recommend staying here though. The building is stunning and staff were wonderful. "

"Staying at this apartment was our favorite part of Rome, hands down. The apartment is perfectly situated in the middle of Rome but is totally quiet at night. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walkable distance. The staff was amazing - Federica was so helpful to us when we had an issue finding a taxi to the train station. Not to mention the staff is incredibly friendly, personable, helpful, knowledgeable, and funny! We cannot recommend this place enough and we will stay here any time we go...

"Upon arrival at this hotel, i was amazed at the beautiful building, so first impressions were very good, however, check in took longer than it should have. Due to a flight delay we didnt arrive until midnight, and it seemed the gentleman on reception didnt seem to know what he was doing. This became apparent the following evening when the hotel room phone rang at midnight, waking us up. Our passport numbers were not registered and they felt it acceptable to call at this hour! Very bad judgement...

"Das Zimmer war sehr modern. Der Eingang ist eher gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es nicht nach einem üblichen Hoteleingang aussieht. Zudem hat das Zimmer nicht wirklich gut gerochen, aber die Quelle des Geruchs haben wir nicht gefunden. Die Lage ist super zentral, 15 min zum Trevibrunnen und 20 min zum Colosseum, Bus und U-Bahn Stationen direkt vor der Tür. Auch Termini ist fußläufig in 12 min zu erreichen. Alles in einem eine gute Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip. "

"What an absolutely fantastic hotel. From start to finish, our experience has been superb, from organising a car to pick up from the airport and drop us at the door, to the fresh pizza and drinks upon arrival late in the evening. The room was lovely too, very clean and modern with comfy beds and fittings. The bathroom had a wonderful walk in shower which was powerful.
