"The Hotel was a former school and situated close to the Castle. It was walking distance to the town and several restaurants. We enjoyed a swim and sauna in the morning before stiing down to a wonderful meal with several options for everyone."

"You go to the restaurant/bar next door to check in. Good food but a bit strange to go to the other building first. Place was definitely not a five star, but once we got past the initial shock it turned out to be good for the price. No microwave or refrigerator. I would definitely stay there again to save money. "An extremely pleasant 2 night stay. The room was very comfortable with super size bed and plenty of storage space for clothes etc. Chair was comfy and everything was spotless. Shower was super!! The breakfast buffet was laid out very well and the food was delicious, we wanted for nothing! A lovely staff member called Kate went out of her way to help us on a couple of occasions! The Inn was in a perfect location for our break on our way up to the highlands. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay…thank you."
