"The worst hotel! We couldn’t check in because no one was there to check in with. We called the customer service and they wanted to send us somewhere else farther away! I contacted Expedia and they said it was nonrefundable but we couldn’t check in!! We were forced to book another hotel. Still fighting to get a refund with Expedia! Besides that, the location is horrible and shady! I would NEVER book a at this hotel again. And Expedia hasn’t come through. Very disappointed"
".More reasonably priced than other places, bedding was clean, but, there was mold or dirt all around the ceiling, the hair dryer had gungy stuff all over it. It looked like the room could really have used a deep clean. We only got one teenie bar of soap, no shampoos. Bathroom floor looked kind of gross. I was hesitant to touch much in the room.The bed was very uncomfortable.. sagged really bad in the middle."
"This was probably the worst hotel experience ever. The room was not fully clean as there were crumbs in the sheets, shower curtain was dirty as well. There was nail polish and other stains on the sink and bathroom door. In addition, there was a small crack in the tv.
There is no ice machine in the hotel. While you get a fridge freezer, there is no ice maker or ice trays available in the room.
