Everyone acts and looks happy to work there. No detail went unnoticed. They gave us a nice desert and card to celebrate our anniversary. "We really like hotel - the area is beautiful. The products they offered were amazing. There were a few things I thought were not communicated well. One of the major roads to the property was closed which meant we were driving around in circles. An email warning would have been helpful. We informed Google maps but they should have done that. The other issue with the property is the food. We had the very high end dinner one night and then they advised we need to book lunch, we show up and it's the same menu as the night before. And no-one told us that there was a casual menu at the pool that we could have had. And that menu should have been offered in the restaurant. We found that to be a major negative. I wouldn't want the same food as the night before. "

"Rosario the owner greeted us warmly upon arrival. She and the staff were all very kind and treated us wonderfully during our stay. Our room was excellent, new, clean, and spacious. The owner's adjoining restaurant had wonderful food, all was delicious, and service was excellent. Our visit to Menfi was wonderful due to the great accommodations & food at La Regina."

"Antonina was the most wonderful host for our entire stay. She made dinner reservations for us when we were coming from the airport on a Sunday night when only two nearby restaurants were open. She stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp throughout our stay, offering advice for nearby attractions, restaurants, etc. Whatever we needed she made sure she took care of us. Her house is charming and perfectly situated next to the beach. We found one room's mattress to be too hard, and the other too lumpy, but despite that we had a great vacation and recommend her highly! "
