"A delightful 6-night stay in this very comfortable gîte. Very well equipped accommodation with lovely touches everywhere. The accommodation was beautifully furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. Close enough to St Emilion to be convenient yet far enough away to be quiet. The mosquitoes were a pest, however, so go armed with antidotes if you need them! We would certainly return. The Leclerc supermarket was very convenient."

"House was in a lovely location. Garden was rustic beautiful sound of frogs in the evening. House comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Owner was helpful to accommodate a later check out. Shame half a toilet roll, and no soap provided. Would rather have had these basics than the local bottle of wine! Especially as had just stayed at another place with the basics including toilet paper soap and cleaning products in addition salt and coffee being provided."

The fantastic owners met us and left a beautiful basket of vegetables from their garden which we enjoyed so much. They also left some gorgeous wine from their estate. Extensive grounds with lots of places to relax including my favourite - the hammock! The views are to die for! All very clean and the owners were fantastic, helpful but not intrusive. "This is a beautiful traditional style French house of the region. It is a bit rustic in places, but absolutely packed with charm and character. The location is amazing - what you see in the photos is exactly how it is. The river is a 60-second walk away with easy access in and out of the water. The village is pretty, quiet and within 10 minutes drive of a E.Leclere supermarket and the main road. The house is spacious, has bags of character, has a fabulous outdoor space with chairs, sun-loungers...

"La Tissonie is great and totally private and in such a beautiful rural location but only 10 minutes from the town of Riberac which has a fantastic market on a Friday. Fred was very welcoming and helpful when we needed to ask a few things. We were a family of 12 from ages 21 to 79 and the property was perfect for us all to be together, and also space for individual and quiet moments if required. "Cette maison est un parfait mélange de luxe et de rusticité. Des prestations haut de gamme dans le salon, mais pas de poignée à la porte de la chambre, ou des salles de bains un peu passées, mais c'est ce contraste qui la rend incroyable. On sent que c'est une maison familiale, qui permet de se retrouver ensemble autour du billard ou de la piscine, des grandes tables pour les jeux de société au milieu de la nature et des animaux.
