"There were times when the shower in the master bathroom only emitted cold water. The water spigot in the tubs would not turn completely off in bathroom in the hallway. I had trouble with the lockbox. Maybe add more specific directions. It would have been helpful to know that MV transit bus was available at the intersection of the street and County Road."

"The house and studio are situated off the beaten path but only a short drive to vineyard haven. The home has a rustic, vineyard-charm feel and we had a very comfortable and quiet stay. The setting really allowed us to relax and enjoy the nature/outdoors which is what we look for on a trip to the vineyard! "Our family loves this home! We have rented it a couple of times and it's always perfect. It has become our go to place on the Cape. We love the walking distance to all the restaurants and shops, the short drive to beaches and the nearby bike path to Woods Hole. "Nice property with amazing AC. Everything was ready and clean when we checked in. The property needs a little fixing. The freezer wouldn't keep ice cold, it kept melting. The sliding door needs to be repaired and the dishwasher needs to be secured to the cabinets.. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and essentials needed but we had to go buy salt and pepper, sugar, all spiced. Maybe it is a Cape Cod thing not to have those in the unit since COVID, not sure. "Lovely, cozy cottage with lots of light, far away from crowds but near enough to go anywhere. One star taken off because the bedroom only had a day curtain and no dark night curtain—even if the location is in the woods, I can't understand why. Bedrooms are private places."
