"Hi We have not stayed but just your company has cheated us and only taken money. When we entered into the hotel front desk they completely denied the booking . Many times I called and discussed with you people but money still has not been refunded . Your people only buying time "

Some stuff we ordered for dinner never arrived even after we finished our dinner. Such service is not expected by a hotel charging upwards of INR 10k per night.The only positive for this hotel was the view. "

"The property has nothing renovation. We had stinky room and broken exhaust fan in the bathroom. Quality of toiletries were worst ….I used their body lotion and it was like chalk mix..had no glycerin even. Poor maintenance and not for value at all. This property should not have daily rate for stay more 1000 Rs per day. Pathetic resort ..ruined my holiday. "
