The Menaggio Retreat sleeps up to 18 people in total and is spread over two stories with two distinct apartments. Its 710 square metre floor area includes a 180 square metre terrace that provides 180-degree views of Lake Como's breathtaking scenery.
There are nine double rooms, two of which have a fireplace, three large living rooms (two of which have balconies), satellite TV, DVD, and CD. Open concept living areas, including the kitchen.

The property features air conditioning, heating, a six-person Jacuzzi on the terrace, bicycles, internet access, and parking for cars.
