"This hotel is in a great location. Close to the river and the tram and the funicular. Several grocery stores within 5 minutes walk. Lots of funky tavernas and restaurants nearby. The Guggenheim is an easy 15 minute walk along the river. The suite itself was great. It was nicely equipped with dishes and cutlery, glasses and mugs. We were able to prepare breakfast and snacks with the grill pain and pots on hand. There’s a full size fridge with a small freezer, a convection microwave and a 2 burner...

"Location was great. Apartment was very nice."

"Great spot!"

"It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). Nobody showed up the next day. So our complaint was not resolved. There’s also construction work outside of the...

"Compact, comfortable, industrial chic apartment in quiet residential area a few minutes walk from the old town. Secure parking option very useful."

"This apartment is in the San Francisco neighborhood which is rough. We saw lots of junkies in this area and I learned later that the “Sala de Consumo Supervisado” is an 8 minute walk from the apartment. There are trash bins right in front of the building that smelled terrible on a hot day. There is no elevator so you will need to get your luggage up a flight of stairs, half of which have no railing as there is significant ongoing construction in the common area. There are exposed wires and...

"Very average"
