"Breakfast food was bad and very limited for dairy free. A loud party til 12am disrupted our stay. Management were not empathetic and only comped a lunch bill for a night of interrupted sleep."

"Terrible human beings. I made a reservation months ago, then was diagnosed with cancer. I asked for a refund and they asked for medical proof. I sent in sensitive documents and then they still stalled and delayed and I never stayed. Have some compassion. Will never reserve here. Every other hotel I had was kind enough to understand. Not you all. Shame on you."

"The room was very clean and modern. We appreciated the washing machine with soap that was available for use as well. It is a lively location convenient to the metro and many good restaurants. The windows are thick and modern and keep out any street noise at night. The coffee shop that serves breakfast was also very nice and accommodating. Amazing hospitality all around. I highly recommend this apartment."

"The shower water pressure was extremely weak. The room lacked basic amenities like a vanity kit, body lotion, and hair conditioner. The hotel felt dated and looked nothing like the photos."

"Good location, close to metro and ferries and some “sights” within walking distance. Rooms clean and adequate if slightly short of storage facilities and power sockets. Clean towels and linen every day an unnecessary luxury?! Staff extremely friendly, approachable and helpful. A pity more was not made of the bar/restaurant. it was not patio weather when we visited but at other times that would be a nice feature"

"This is the worst hotel I ever stay. Basically there was nothing in the room besides bed. Bathroom was always smelly. The whole room looks very run down. pictures they displayed do not reflect the real room."

"This hotel was close to being perfect but, just as we have struggled with mattresses around the rest of Italy, this one was bad also. 75% of it was hard as a rock and somehow 25% of it was soft and smooshy. The pillows also need some help. The staff are excellent, the breakfast is nice, the rooms are nice and big, the towels are a good size. It was relatively quiet for being in the location it’s in. I would say I would stay here again but I probably wouldn’t due to the mattress. But everything else was great. "
