"Very clean; staff and valet very attentive; gym was large, well equipped and clean; lots of high quality products provided in room such as cream, body wash, etc.; beds were very comfortable and clean with thick comforter (also had extra blanket in closet); surrounding area was safe and beautiful to walk around during day or evening with river views and bridges all over downtown. "
"This is our new stay to place while in Providence - easy access from and to all the major Hwys, connected to a shopping mall, and staff are very friendly, and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants downtown - this year we upgraded to a studio suite and we enjoyed it so much - spacious, clean, and so very quiet - the family enjoyed the stay"
"The hotel was perfect for our stay, walkable distance to every where, dinning and shopping and Brown University!! Very clean, spacious room and good breakfast :) "
"Boat is a nice boat. It was quite warm even with the ac and the fan provided. I just bought an extra fan and that did the trick. The toilet filled up overnight 2 nights in a row and we woke to a foul order. I reached out to our hosts and they responded right away and emptied the tank. It was quite relaxing on the water. There is a bathroom with a shower for people docked at the pier. Conveniently located a few steps off of the docks. Connected to Fish Co. For anyone who has never been to the area, night time parking can be a challenge as there is a club, (Hot Club), cigar bar and Fish Co. all right there. Lots of people hanging out, lots of loud traffic and loud music. But once we were at our boat, Gladys it was relaxing. Yes, you could hear the music, but I didn't mind. All of our boating neighbors were quiet and respectful. Our hosts were very informative and responsive!! Thank you so much again!! Amy"
"Wonderful boutique hotel. Many originals antique furnishings and paintings throughout hotel. Room was nice size with modern bathrooms and deco style room furnishings. Decent fitness room in basement enough for full workout. Nice breakfast bar included and coffee/tea setup in lobby throughout day. There are homeless in area and throughout city but was never bothered. Very walkable location to stores and eateries. Lovely staff. Will return."
