"We loved the location next to Discovery gardens park. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The Walker street kitchen staff were lively and energetic. The bartenders at the pool made good drinks. Kids loved the lazy river. The only knock on maintenance side is the bottom the river appears to need redone and is coming loose. Feels squishy when walking around it. Also the bathroom was very small for a double queen room. 2 adults and 2 kids. Although it was all kept very nicely. Valet is good but 70$/night is definitely on the high end. The coffee shop has very good pastries and well made coffee. We ate at the Grotto across the street and had excellent food there as well."

"The issues we had; we were there from Thurs to Sunday and never saw cleaning staff. I even told staff to clean and they didn’t. Also, we called down for clean towels and they never came. Had to go down to get them ourselves. Also, there is no 24 hr shuttle as advertised. It’s only for the Medical Center transports. The other issue is there are no good nearby restaurants making it expensive to stay here. The location is only good for the stadium and that is a 40 minute walk at least. Ubers back and forth from events is completely price gauged! The breakfast was the same everyday and hot food was cold. The restaurant food was ok. The bar staff was great. Most of the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful."

"Stayed here with my teenage daughter, and we had mixed feelings. The good: hotel is clean, rooms are well-kept, and the bathroom is spacious with great shower - a huge plus for me. The Moxy vibe is fun and modern, and the room size was fine for the two of us. The downsides: Hotel is right across from a light rail stop. Convenient if you use it, but brings foot traffic 24/7. Parking lot across the street isn’t overnight, so you’ll need to hunt for a garage if you have a car. The entrance sits in the main entertainment district and was a bit grimy - we noticed a urine smell outside. Overall: Great for solo travelers or friends. Not ideal for families with a car. Would stay again without my daughter, but the parking situation makes it inconvenient."
