Unfortunately, the heating was a significant issue as heating was not adjustable- there was no firewood or matches supplied, leaving us without a way to stay warmer.Additionally, the images in the listing created higher expectations that were not met in reality."

"The Beach House at Moggs was perfect. Clean, comfortable and with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very attentive. When a watch and act was declared for the area during the Otway fires in Jan 25, they stayed in touch and offered us alternate accommodation if it was required. The location is also perfect with easy access to the beach and walks in the bush."
