The hotel staff took extra effort to arrange breakfast for us for next day as were leaving early. They packed our breakfast nicely and kept it ready by the time we came to the lobby. They also helped with roll out beds for one of the rooms.

Not having travelled to madurai much, I was very apprehensive about where I stay. This was a wonderful hotel. Obviously I would have preferred a non-smoking room (which they didnt ensure, hence the 4 star rating), but everything else was excellent. Special thanks to the hotel staff!

Property is clean and well maintained. It is nestled in a neighborhood, so it is quiet. The staff are very professional. We especially liked the manager, who went above and beyond to help us. Onsite breakfast was complementary and was delicious.
