"I've stayed in villas every holiday and have travelled to Malta and Gozo many times. Advertised as a 'cosy/quaint cottage' is mis-leading, as are the photographs that are meant to represent the accommodation. On arrival, the house was dirty, with cobwebs and a layer of dust/grime in the kitchen on the appliances and the oven was not clean. The sofa and chairs were dirty, with stains and leftover food, which had not been cleared properly. To her credit, the owner did respond quickly by sending...
