When we checked in, the receptionist kept saying she needed to see my booking my phone, I said why, you had my booking. She said you booked for 2 people but you are 3. I said, so ? "It was our second stay. Everything was good. Except 3 issues. There should be more cups etc. In the kitchen available. Second issue is wifi that most of the time is very poor or doesn't work at all and it needs some upgrade. And 3rd we decided not to use swimming pool this time, because it becomes basically public swimming pool. There were many bad things including the plague of wasps, the food (not labelled so we didn't know what we were eating and often lukewarm and sometimes run out), the air conditioning being unreliable, the bad condition and lack of manouverability of the sun beds, the horrible red and rose wine, the drinking to 3 am in the morning accompanied by raucous noise etc"

"The property was in a beautiful location the Staff were professional and friendly specially Marina the Massage therapy she was so sweet, and genuine. What a great massage. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the rooms needs a better maintenance, the AC was old and loud the showers needs more cleaning and the doors are too loud went closing. I could heard everyone leaving their rooms. No for a light sleeper like me."
