No greating nothing, one looked up and my husband said we were checkin in. From that point the female staff was great. Next day at check out, male staff on reception was the same, I went over, nothing, said good morning and male staff finally looked up, and said good morning. Bedroom window need a darker bind, room shouls be completely dark so you can have a good night sleep. "
