A beautiful, quiet place hosted by a lovely older lady, who tells many good stories. Melin feels like the middle of nowhere, and maybe it is, but there are many animals to befriend. The place itself is simple, but cozy, with a heartfire burning in the early morning, when we were welcomed by the host at breakfast. It has a somewhat historical feel in that sense. Time did not touch this place so much. Speaking French is a necessary skill to have here.
