"Great location just over bridge in Ortigia…sweltering hot so no interest in sauna when you can get same results outside so amenities were not used Unfortunately pool is in basement level and no outdoor or rooftop lounge, and no hotel organized tour services or beach lidos."

"Staff at desk—fabulous, especially Chiara. Location perfect. Roof top bar restaurant is excellent and a great experience Gym was not sufficiently air conditioned and a few times needed to have a technician come up to make it function. Breakfast buffet was adequate but not imaginative in selections; the room and bathroom are relatively small by US 4-star standards and the TV is not an operative smart TV"
