The pool was a great addition to have access to and the walk to town was only about 15 min. You could easily walk to other villages and dining options as well. Easy parking on the premises as well. "The apartment is on the edge of a small but busy town. It backs on to beautiful clean water with views of the mainland and sunrise. Two brothers and their wives look after the guests, so there’s always someone around. Rooms are very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Aircon is extra, but we didn’t need it. "What I liked: the owners/staff was very friendly, the pool, location Now I understand that this was a comfort apartment but I still disliked: the creaking beds, the doors that do not close properly and its locks are very noisy, other guests late in the night kept waking us up just by opening their doors, the kitchen part was poorly equipped, no big deal but only 1 butter knife for 2 people."

"It was our second stay. Everything was good. Except 3 issues. There should be more cups etc. In the kitchen available. Second issue is wifi that most of the time is very poor or doesn't work at all and it needs some upgrade. And 3rd we decided not to use swimming pool this time, because it becomes basically public swimming pool. Entire neighborhood and people who doesn't stay at Avra coming to use the pool and when we arrived dog was swimming in the pool. It was quite discouraging to use the...

"The luxury suite was great and spacious, the bar man Fortis was the best staff ever and made us feel welcome. We were only disappointed when the lady at reception made us wait whilst she ate for 20 mins when we needed our keycard to get back in our room. That wasn't good. However Fortis the bar man kept us happy with great conversation and apologies whilst we waited."

"The staff working there were so lovely and friendly, and really helpful. The apartment was great- clean, bright and spacious. Two great pools. Only a ten minute taxi to the old town. The main road near the hotel is sort of chaotic as a pedestrian but definitely avoidable during your stay. Would hugely recommend this lovely stay! "

"The hotel was the perfect area in Kavos, close to beaches, bars and everything. Very clean, great recommendations from the owner! He helped us arrange to rent a quad, and let us use a space to park it. The owner went above and beyond, very accommodating! Highly recommend! "

"The Hotel was very clean our rooms cleaned everyday ,air conditioning fridge and small cooker in the room and separate sink.We had a lovely view in the front of the hotel overlooking pool and beach.Marilly was particularly helpful and nothing was to much trouble would definitely stay again and one of the best locations in Lacca though a number of steps to get to your room should be taken into consideration if you have mobility problems."
