"This was a very private location within a 10-minute drive to the beach and restaurants. It's a little difficult to find (up a windy mountain road) but gave us the privacy and views we wanted. The house provides amenities and entertainment for all ages."

It is fully remodeled and updated, comfortable bedding and furniture, good water pressure, two bathrooms, and a convenient location. My only regret is that I would have liked staying in it longer! "Highly recommend. First and foremost, the property staff were amazing and incredibly responsive. Not only did they have a ton of local recommendations to offer, but they were quick to help us whenever we asked. As for the property, it was spacious, clean and located well in terms of proximity to beach, shopping and historic districts. "We stayed for one week in August and I can honestly say the photos do not do this home justice! This villa is absolutely amazing and is so well laid out. The accommodation itself worked brilliantly for the 7 of us and we felt like we had so much room. The pool & gardens are so well maintained. "Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Kalamata. Panos der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns immer mit sehr guten Tips und Ratschlägen versorgt. "Kamer zeer mooi en schoon. Mooie badkamer met heerlijke douche. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Eigen privé strand (met keien) ligbedden en parasols. Zwembad prima en ook prima muffe en parasols. En een heerlijk bar en restaurant bij zwembad. "
