"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "The outside of the property is a bit deceiving, it looks a little plain, but the inside is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. "Honestly, the quality of the facilities just weren’t very nice and the logistics to get in and out of the room more challenging to say the least. The breakfast was good but the room had the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept off. The linens all need to be upgraded, the shower is the smallest shower ever. "
