"This cabin is in an impressive setting, with a babbling brook just outside the front door. The interior is charming and clean with country decor. The large bedroom and bathroom provide all the room and comfort needed. The owner was immediately responsive to a question. The kitchen is very small."

"There was little confusion on check-in couldn't find reservation at first and it took me like almost 45 mins to check-in making me late. I was there to DJ a party and by them taking so much time I was late to the function I was there to Dj for!!"

"We were able to stay a long weekend with our family that now has all young adults. Loved the house - it was the perfect size for the 5 of us, and had everything we could need. Dock was amazing for watching the sunrise and sunset, and Cape Charles was a quick drive for dinner and some shopping. Hope to come back for a longer stay!"

"My wife and our 2 dogs stayed for a week to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary.The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a weeks stay.We spent our time fishing crabbing and exploring the property. We made a couple day trips to Virginia Beach and Chincoteague to see the wild ponies. It was a great vacation!The host Ellen was very hospitable and provided fresh eggs and suggestions for activities.Our favorite part of our stay was the host doggie Birdy! She was so sweet to our doggies and they enjoyed thier time with her on the farm.I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay again in the future!"

"We had an absolute blast over Memorial Day weekend! The house was the perfect getaway — peaceful, relaxing, and full of little adventures. The pier was a highlight for us. We caught 3 stingrays, 2 eels, fish, crab, and even oysters — such a fun variety that kept us on our toes!It was also such a treat to bring our dogs along and include our fur family in the fun. We enjoyed dinner every night in the screened-in patio and sipped coffee each morning on the upstairs deck — just the kind of relaxing time we needed.Conveniently located too — Walmart was only about 20 minutes away for anything we needed. We’ll definitely be back again!Great host- endured we were taken care of! "
