Das Anwesen ist einfach wunderschön und zentral gelegen. Es hat alles was man benötigt um einen herrlichen Urlaub zu verbringen. Und Marcello, der Vermieter, ist sehr nett. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden sicher wiederkommen!

Die Bilder entsprachen genau der Unterkunft, die Ausstattung war mehr als großzügig gestaltet, Marcello als Gastgeber hat sich sofort um alle Belange gekümmert und Tipps für Ausflüge etc. gegeben. Diese Unterkunft mit Garten ist perfekt für eine Familie mit Hund. Wenn es wieder passt ist diese Unterkunft auch für einen weiteren Urlaub geplant. Casa molto bella e comoda. Attrezzazzata con tutto quello che può servire e anche di più. Il terrazzo coperto con la cucina esterna permettono pranzi al fresco e cene al suono dei grilli. Posizione comoda per raggiungere in 5 minuti in auto la spiaggia di Torre dell'Orso e pochi in più per località come Alimini e baia dei Turchi ( tutte con posteggi nelle vicinanze). Sicuramente torneremo alla nostra prossima vacanza in Salento.

Schönes Ferienhaus auf großem, gepflegtem Grundstück. Haus und Grundstück sehen genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist eine wahre Freude, morgens auf den sonnenbeschienenen Rasen zu blicken, den Wind in den Palmblättern zu hören und die frische Meerluft zu riechen. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht. Marcello, der Vermieter, ist sehr nett und steht (fast) jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Wasser war zu unserer Zeit noch recht kühl. Mit Kindern hat es und am Stand Le due Sorelle gefallen. Dahin kann man auch bequem laufen. Aber auch der Hauptstrand von Torre dell'Orso, Sant'Andrea oder der Strand von San Foca sind mit feinstem Sand und glasklarem Wasser gesegnet. Im Mai sind in Torre dell'Orso allerdings noch alle Bürgersteige hochgeklappt. Eis, Kuchen, Brötchen und Grundnahrungsmittel sind zu haben. Evtl. haben auch eine Bar und ein Restaurant in geöffnet. Wir waren zum Essen im Il Peschereccio in Borgagne. Pizza haben wir im Vesuvio 3 geholt. Einkaufen kann man gut in Conad im Centro Commerciale in Cavallino. Günstig einkaufen kann man in Eurospin in Melendugno. Wir haben vor, wieder zu kommen.

We had a great stay at this house and loved the garden. It is an extra that the house has an alarm and that you can leave your belongings when you are gone. The area has great beaches and a lot of restaurants. Also off season.

We stayed at Marcello’s Villa for one week and my 4 friends and I were absolutely pleased with everything. Marcello is always available, nice and quick in replying. The house clean and spacious. The garden and the barbecue area were great too. I was impressed with the speed of the internet connection as it’s not common to have good WiFi in the houses in this area. The location is also very good: only 20 minutes walk from the beach and less than 5 minutes drive from the beach / centre. It’s also very quiet and we had a lot of privacy and no problem in having good sleep. There are also two kitchens, the one outside is very convenient. I recommend this place and we will go back for sure during our next holiday in Salento.

Grazie per la grande vacanza!Grazie a questa ottima sistemazione, noi (2 coppie) siamo stati in grado di godere di un super bellaTrascorrete le vostre vacanze a Torre'dell'Orso.La casa si trova in una splendida posizione fuori dal villaggio e corrisponde assolutamente alladescrizione e le immagini - è ancora più bello, inoltre super pulitoe arredate in modo confortevole. Quindi, proprio come immaginereste un perfettocasa vacanza. Il grande giardino e la bella terrazza invitano condella vostra cucina all'aperto per lunghe e accoglienti serate. Il prossimo posto è conl'auto o anche in bicicletta super bene da raggiungere, in modo che i paniniper la prima colazione e anche ottime cene erano possibili in un ambiente più vicino.Grazie signor Franco per l'accoglienza calorosa e la cura perfetta.durante il nostro soggiorno. Saremo lieti di tornare da voi. Danke für den tollen Urlaub! Dank dieser tollen Unterkunft durften wir (2Paare) einen super schönen Urlaub in Torre'dell Orso verbringen. Das Haus liegt wunderschön außerhalb des Ortes und entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und den Bildern - es ist eher noch schöner, zudem super sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Also genau so, wie man sich eine perfektes Ferienhaus vor stellt. Der tolle Garten und die schöne Terrasse laden mit Ihrer Außenküche zu langen, gemütlichen Abende ein. Der nächste Ort ist mit dem Auto oder auch mit dem Fahrrad super gut zu erreichen, so dass Brötchen zum Frühstück und auch tolle Abendessen in näherer Umgebung möglich waren. Danke Hr. Franco für den herzlichen Empfang und die perfekte Betreuung während unseres Aufenthaltes. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu Ihnen.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane a fine giugno e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è molto pulita, curata e offre ogni comodità e un giardino meraviglioso. Il proprietario è una persona molto simpatica e disponibile. È stata una vacanza molto bella e speriamo di poter ritornare al più presto!

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo pensato: la casa ed il giardino sono molto più belli che in foto! Vivendoci ne abbiamo avuto conferma. Il giardino è grande e curatissimo con tante palme ed uno splendido albero di limoni...i nostri cani erano felici di potersi rilassare sull'erba verde. La casa è grande, curata, fornita di tutto quanto serva e anche di più. Bellissima la veranda anteriore e quella laterale, dotata di cucina esterna e grande tavolo. Il signor Franco è stato disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. La spiaggia delle due sorelle di Torre dell'Orso è a pochi minuti di macchina altrimenti si può raggiungere con le biciclette in dotazione alla casa. Speriamo di poter tornare presto in questo posto meraviglioso!

Siamo stati benissimo!!! Casa molto bella e spaziosa con ampio giardino ben curato. Mare facilmente raggiungibile con le bici mese a disposizione ma volendo anche a piedi! La consiglio per chi non vuole stare in mezzo alla confusione pr avendo tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze!

Tout s'est très bien passé, Marcello est adorable, toujours disponible, arrangeant et prêt à aider pour nous faire passer le meilleur des séjours. La propriété est encore plus belle et confortable que sur les photos, nous n'avons pas été déçues et avons déjà hâte d'y retourner !

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nella splendida villa del sig.. Marcello due famiglie con 6 bambini. La location e' confortevole,pulita e spaziosa. Le foto non rendono a pieno la bellezza del posto. Il proprietario e' cortese e disponibilissimo. Il mare , a due passi, e' splendido.Consigliatissimo. Federico

Le foto non rendono giustizia a questa villa, accoglinte, curatissima sia dentro che fuori, dotata di tutti i confort: Cucina e bagno doppi, aria condizionata, solarium, lavanderia esterna, giardino grandissimo posti auto comodi per tre vetture anche grandi. Il proprietario persona disponibilissima gentile e cordiale. Consigliata

"La struttra corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Posizione tranquilla subito fuori dal paese e vicina alla spiaggia (10 minuti a piedi). Ampio girdino perfettamente curato, ben recintato, ideale per famiglie con bambini. "
