"This condo was very nice. The best part was its location. We parked at the closest parking ramp, and did not go back to our vehicle until we left. It’s an easy walk to anything in the Savanna historical district. The only negatives were things out of the property owners control like a noisy upstairs neighbor stomping around, and early morning deliveries and garbage pick up right outside the windows. I will rent again from this place next time I visit Savanna"

"Property description and photos are very representative. Great home with large kitchen, dining, and living area. Appears to have been recently remodeled with great appliances. Each bedroom is its own suite with comfortable king bed and awesome showers. We have stayed in a variety of properties in Savannah and this was first with a dedicated, off street parking spot. It was great to know you had a place to park without circling blocks and probably even better not worrying about which day of week...

"This property is in the historic district & so is in walking distance of everything we come to see in Savanah. It is comfortable for 4 people with stylish brick walls, very high ceilings, well appointed bathrooms & kitchen & lots of light. We loved it!"

"Customer service was great. Place well decorated. Very clean. We were not able to stay the first two nights because of flight cancellations. But the third night we could not sleep because of the loud elevator noises ( end unit 2nd floor). We did not stay the 4th night - we could not chance not sleeping again. Customer Service people were very friendly and responsive , but I was surprised that we weren’t given a “token” credit because of the inconvenience"

"Historical charm with modern living! We spent so much time out on the patio, morning coffee and evening cocktails. There were 6 of us in our group and we each had our own bedroom with attached bath perfect for your own privacy. The location was perfect for us! We walked to most of our destinations. Took a day trip to Tybee Island which is just about a 1/2 hour drive. What a beautiful place to stay, in a perfect location!!"

"The perfect location in proximity to everything you want in the Historic District. Tours, bikes, rooftop bars, food - you don't have to plan too much time to get to anything. Host very responsive."

"The property was very close to River Street with access to plenty of stores and restaurants. We were worried about parking but found a spot right down the street and left the car there all weekend with no problems. There was an alarm that went off in the building every morning at 6am. It sounded like a fire alarm but it was only going off at the bottom floor. We never found it what it was for and we weren’t in the building long enough for it to bother us. We really enjoyed our stay here."
