"When we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly unapproachable and dismissive, with no willingness to explain anything. She handed us the room keys and offered no information about important details like beach access or the fact that the pool and breakfast were located at a different hotel entirely. There was zero customer service, and to top it off, the welcome drink that was advertised was never provided. Honestly, given the cold reception we received, I didn’t expect much after that. The front desk closes at midnight, and after that time, the hotel became a free-for-all. A large group of teenagers threw parties in multiple rooms around us, making it impossible to sleep until 6 AM. With checkout at 10 AM, it was hardly the restful night we had hoped for. To make matters worse, there was a large congress happening, which made everything feel chaotic and overcrowded. While the room itself served its basic purpose, the overall experience was far from satisfactory."

"Very good hotel. I really praise the staff, specially those working in the breakfast. They are really kind and accommodating to our needs, projecting an awesome image of both the Italians and the hotel. Many things to highlight here, for instance: Daily water provision, big room (rare in Europe) delicious breakfast, good location, close to te city center with restaurants and supermarkets around. Bar open 24/7 wirh affordable prices. My only complaint: The gym is poorly equipped but the worst is the schedule, starting at 08:00 (too late to do something). Even worse, you have to go to the lobby and ask for the key. Once I went there to get the key at 07:40 and there was no human power to convince the clerk to give me it 20 minutes ahead…ridiculously stubborn from my point of view. Other than that, great place to stay. I”ll be back for sure!"

"This hotel is beautiful and in the most gorgeous setting of the historic centre of San Marino. The staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good and the hotel restaurant has great food with an amazing view. The car is parked at their sister hotel in an underground garage and you can either walk or get the hotel groups private buggy to take you for access. The rooms are lovely, as a world heritage site it has to be maintained with original features which makes it charming - the only downside is the tiny bathroom however that can be forgiven because of the beauty of the place. We will be back and I highly recommend a stay here."

"Absolutely fantastic. From the point of arrival, to our departure, we could not fault this hotel. Mountain views from terrace and room were simply panoramic. All staff were wonderful and helpful in suggesting places for meals. 👌 Thoroughly recommended! Nb. They helped arrange our airport transfers (80 euro). Cab dropped us off right at the entrance. Good not to have to stress about this ourselves. "

"A very nice property, very close to the main attractions. Parking can be challenging but you can find other parking location nearby, the price is reasonable (8 euros overnight). Also there are restaurants, souvenir shops, bars and cafes nearby. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable and the view from the balcony was great. The breakfast is not included though. "

"Great location, right on the beachfront. We had a Comfort Room, which was very comfortable, spacious and had perfect view from the 6th floor over the beach. Highly recommendable. Very extensive breakfast buffet. On the negative side, check-in was slow with no additional information, like where breakfast would be, or discounted pricing for the beaches, or information about the facilities (we realized only after a few days that the hotel has a big swimming pool area at the back). Breakfast was trying at times - coffee machines placed so that people getting coffee blocked getting to the buffet, often no cups, staff didn't notice the machines needed refilling. Check-in and breakfast were both not the sort of service one would expect in a 4-star hotel. We were completely ignored on our 2nd day at lunch at one of the hotel's beach restaurants, eventually we simply left and lunched for the rest of our stay at another restaurant. "
