HOUSE RULES RULE #1 Have fun and enjoy your stay.
NO PARTIES Parties are strictly not permitted at the property at any time under any circumstances.
NOISE Guests are required to be respectful of neighbors. Noise must be kept to a minimum and no amplified music after 10pm. Please be mindful of neighbours and keep the noise down when outside at night and when it gets late, move inside and shut the door.
SMOKING The house is smoke free. Guests may smoke outside in the courtyards and on the balcony.
PETS Well behaved pets are welcome. Guests must keep their pets quiet and under control at all times. Pets must be kept off the furniture and beds. Guests are responsible for their pets, their waste and any damage caused.
BARBEQUE An electric barbeque is provided on the rooftop terrace for guests use and enjoyment. Guests are required to clean the barbeque after use. A fee of $200 will be charged if the barbeque is not left in a clean condition on departure.
KEYS Make sure to return the keys on departure. A fee of $200 will be charged if the remote control are not returned.
CANCELATION POLICY
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights. If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights. If guests cancel within 7 days of arrival there is no refund.
