Take advantage of the building's shared amenities including an indoor lap pool, spa and state-of-the-art gym.
Polished timber floorboards, grand windows, a furnished balcony and modern conveniences, like central heating and cooling, make this bright and cosy sub-penthouse apartment an ideal stay while exploring all the CBD has to offer.

The apartment benefits from plenty of natural light throughout the day. The spacious living room offers an L-shaped lounge fronting a wall-mounted TV and offers lovely views overlooking Flagstaff Gardens and Queen Victoria Market. Step through the sliding glass doors and onto your private balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun rises. Come evening, make use of the fully-equipped kitchen, with everything you'll need to whip up meals at home, while a six-seater glass dining table doubles as a dedicated workspace for those travelling for business.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed dressed in high-quality linen and convenient built-in mirrored wardrobes. Freshen up in the bathroom that offers a spacious vanity with cupboard space and a shower.

Be sure to make use of the building’s great shared amenities during your stay. Swim laps in the indoor pool, sweat it out at the gym and then unwind in the spa. Please note the pool is located in the building opposite and you will need to bring your own pool towel.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Apologies in advance, but council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Our meet-and-greet service will incur an additional fee of $30 for check-ins after 8 pm, and $60 after midnight. Thank you for understanding.
