This property is registered as a short-term rental with the Mornington Shire Council. All guests must comply with the Mornington Peninsula Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Laws and Code of Conduct including:
No parties or events, quiet hours between 11 pm and 7 am, no tents, caravans etc to be used on-site and excess rubbish must be removed from the property. Failure to adhere to these local laws, code of conduct or house rules may result in early termination of your stay.

A security camera in the smart lock is used to access the property. These devices are located on the front and patio doors (rear entrances) for your safety and security. These devices are only activated/ record when someone approaches the door and movement is detected.
