I am very disappointed that the parking problem was not solved during my stay! I paid for the parking space, but during my stay, the parking space was occupied by other cars. I was asked to park anywhere and be ready to move the car at any time. I received a call to move the car twice, once when my family and I were having dinner outside! The contact person sent me an email saying that it was parked in the visitor parking space, but did not tell me where it was. The reception staff also said that there was no visitor parking space in this building. I could only park in a random parking space and wait for your news, but there was no solution. I hope you can give me a satisfactory result! Give me back the parking fee! Because of this reason, I did not enjoy a relaxing vacation!
