Staff are very nice and great location. I really like the seasons botanic and have stayed a number of times. It is starting to look a little tired and worn, rooms need a complete overhaul with new equipment t needed, but still it's a good place

The location was great, and unfortunately, that’s about where the positives ended. The hotel is in serious need of an upgrade and, in my opinion, was overpriced for the standard provided. Maintenance was non-existent on Saturday and Sunday. The temperature control in our room was not working properly and would not go above 20–21°C. We made several complaints to the front desk and asked for it to be checked and rectified, but nothing was done. Overall, very disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. The location is excellent, but the hotel needs significant improvement in both maintenance and overall condition.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Seasons. The unit was very spacious, very well resourced, quiet, secure and comfortable. It was very clean and tidy. The front desk staff were welcoming, professional and helpful upon arrival. I will happily return to Seasons into the future. Thankyou to all for a lovely stay.

We had an apartment for 8 nights, and it was really nice and comfy! Fantastic location! Friendly and accommodating staff. Pool was good for laps (with a lot of turns). VERY good value for the dollar - would stay there again in a heartbeat.

2nd time visitors and we were pleased with our room and the service by front desk. We did notice that the hotel is getting dated, but everything worked fine for us. The room was clean, bedding and towels fresh and clean, as was the bathroom. The only problem was one missing spoon but quickly added when i asked at front desk. This hotel was just what we wanted for a 5 day stay where we were able to self-cater for breakfast and some dinners with the appropriate appliances in good order. W-Fi was good and fast for us too. The main advantage was its closeness to the arts precinct and South Melbourne and serviced my many tram routes on St Kilda Rd. We will return there again.
