- This is a quiet cabin with a very convenient location, 50 km from DBD. Outside the house is the Western Port Hwy A780 with a speed limit of 100 km. It takes 5 minutes to M11, 15 minutes to M1, just 2 minutes to Pearcedale town, 20 minutes to the tourist attraction Mornington peninsula, and 15 minutes to the beach (Frankston). The characteristic here is that there is a primeval forest behind the little house, where wild rabbits often wander around. It is a good place for dog walking and hiking. Shopping is also very convenient. There are towns with shopping centers within 15 km, including Somevile, Frankston, Cranbourne, Langwarrin, Hasting, Carrum Downs, ETC
