"Our room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The block out blinds were so effective that we slept in until 9.30am! The communication leading up to our stay was also good and they replied promptly to my questions. The check-in process took a little longer than expected as I didn't have my physical driver's licence on me so I had to send a screen shot of my digital licence from the VicRoads website. The breakfast service needed some staff visible on the floor as it was hard to find items such as cutlery and glassware. Only some of the tables were set for service. The food was plentiful and of great quality. As was the coffee! A great location for a weekend in Melbourne."

"The room was bright, clean and modern. The bed comfy and plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Kitchen was equipped with basic cooking facilities (but missing a plug!) which were great. We were on a higher floor and had no noise issues at all. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing! Very happy with our stay. We will be back."

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Melbourne. The fit out is great, staff are friendly with the right balance of professionalism and casual manner. Location is not perfect as I am usually eating or drinking on the north side of the CBD but Uber is super easy to get to/from nights out so was not too fussed about that. If looking for a quality place to stay, I highly recommend."
