Only a short 500m walk to Koonya Beach, 15min drive to The Peninsula Hot Springs and popular golf courses, this lovely 1980's built cedar home is in a fabulous location. Koonya Back Beach, Cameron's Bight Front beach and the well renowned Koonya General Store, with its fabulous food, fresh bakery items and coffee are all within a short walk.

This is a split level home with some stairs located inside and out. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house with 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and a fantastic separate teenage retreat. Your teenagers can watch their own TV, stream their own movies, play their own music or play one of the many board games, without disturbing anyone in the main house! The property sleeps up to 8 people very comfortably. There are quality new furnishings, Bed linen, bath and beach towels provided through out. Inside the main house, you can even play a few old records on the record player, enjoy your own music by bluetooth to a portable speaker or relax on the sumptuous couch with a great read.

Outside there are 3 decks for you to chase the sunshine or the shade, a large BBQ and outdoor dinning for 8 people. A large garden area to enjoy and an open fire pit to toast marshmallows or simply enjoy a little star gazing whilst sitting beside the warmth of the flames.
