This gem is tucked away from the noise but just a street back from Brunswick and Smith Streets. Tram stop nearby Pubs and restaurants all around and Lune is a 5 min walk if you dawdle Contactless check worked a treat Will definitely stay here again

One bedroom suite. Very comfortable. Close to dining, supermarket and transportation. Stars are deducted for poor communication at check in. We had cellular service in Australia but no phone number. Tried to contact them via email multiple times and got no response. Finally called them on a (very nice) strangers phone and the check in sorted out.

The apartment we had was light and very spacious - the size was generous and good value for money in that regard. The location was extremely well placed, handy to transport, shopping and dining facilities. However, the cleanliness of the apartment was very poor. It was clear the apartment had lacked a thorough turnover clean between bookings and had not had a deep clean for an extended period of time. Whilst cleaners were sent in to address some of the issues (something which in itself was dubious), the reality is that the lack of cleanliness was such that the apartment could never have been cleaned properly mid booking. This aspect of our stay was extremely disappointing. We had family staying..they were in a different apartment in the same building. Their apartment was, by contrast, well cleaned but very small and dark for the same or a similar price, but clearly inferior. The inconsistencies were stark - the District Staff would do well to visit the apartments on their books in person and adjust their advertising and pricing accordingly.

great stay however communication between the employees and the cleaners must be better, elevator wasn’t working and was told a cleaner would be coming down waited 20 minutes still no one so i rang again to be told she is only just replying and coming now than another 10 minutes i rang again and was told they would send someone down now??? pretty poor but overall the stay was lovely

Very difficult check in for international visitor without an Aussie phone number! All digital keys which dont always work well. Very frustrating! Also, unaware that construction was going on just behind the building. Noisy from 7am. Otherwise, good location and lovely apartment.

I unfortunately parked our car in the car stacker in the underneath car park in accordance with their instructions. After collecting the car I found the front of it damaged apparently by the car stacking mechanism. I contacted the hotel to report it and informed the general manager would contact me. I also asked for the number plate (torn off the front bumper to be returned. I have not heard from the general manager and my three email have not been answered. On a later phone call I was told that I would have to pay for a call out if I wanted to get our munger plate back. Their communication is appalling. Could not possibly recommend this hotel.

The registration was irritating. Sequential emails - just ask everything at one time, OK? And be aware that someone coming to stay may be out of mobile/email contact. But the phonekey system? Totally borked. For heavens sake, use a keypad. We had trouble with the phonekey for first check-in, as did the couple we saw trying to get in as we went out, and the random guy in the lift commented that the phone system was causing grief for many. Then it decided we should be refused admission when we came back after dinner the next night, leaving us stranded. We found a contact number in tiny printing on one of the many emails. OK for us, but another of our party had a flat phone battery, so obviously couldn't read the email OR use the key function. Technology over common sense.
