    The Space:

    This architecturally inspired building is only a couple of years or so old and is set right between Albert Park Lake and the botanical gardens precinct. It is the premier location for any visit to Melbourne: the trams along St Kilda road will drop you in the city within 5 minutes and also the funky and vibrant restaurants and cafes of St Kilda are only a few tram stops or a short walk away.



    The space includes 1 bedroom, open plan kitchen with a wonderful airy balcony.
