The fresh fruit and vegetable, meat and fish sections will tempt you to create a feast using the hooded barbeque provided on the terrace.

• Well equipped kitchen for self catering
• Lounge features a 5 seater comfy suite plus large TV.
• As hosts we treat guests as if they were our best friends coming to visit. We provide a welcome basket to help you settle in and get over your long flight.

The only thing that separates you from the city centre is Flagstaff Gardens. You will be perfectly located to take advantage of everything that the city has to offer. You are easily connected to everything with free tram travel within the CBD area and Docklands. Within a few minutes you can be at the major sporting precincts, shopping, theatres, casino, Southgate on the Yarra River, Docklands and the list goes on.

The apartment is clean, spacious and features open plan living with bamboo flooring for the dining, kitchen and lounge which opens to a gorgeous terrace for outdoor dining amongst the treetops of elm and plane trees that line Dudley Street with views to the iconic Flagstaff Gardens.

Windows and sliding door to the terrace are double glazed to ensure that while you maybe in the heart of the city you can have peace and quiet when required.

The lounge is very welcoming with quality red leather lounges, coffee table, a large flat screen television, digital radio with docking station for a range of IPads/IPods, CD/DVD player. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available free.

The apartment is on the northern edge of the CBD with easy access from the Tullamarine Freeway (to Melbourne airport) by car. Secure underground parking is available. The apartment and building have swipe key access for your security and convenience.

It is only a short walk to the funky North Melbourne for cafes, pubs and a diverse range of International cuisines, the Melbourne Comedy Club and Birds Basement for top quality jazz. On a beautiful morning there are many options for breakfast on Errol Street or nearby lanes and back streets. Dining recommendations are provided to guests and location of amenities such as supermarkets.

Check In time is set at 2.00 pm and Check Out 11.00 am but we are totally flexible to suit your arrival or departure times from Melbourne if it does not clash with other guests. Bag storage is available if required.

Stayed at this condo and loved it, this is our second year in a row that we have stayed at this condo. It has everything that you need for a short or long stay. The terrace is amazing!Convenient to have a laundry machine within the unit to do your laundry.The place is close to supermarkets to get supplies and many restaurants.

Great little apartment, conveniently located only short distance to lots of attractions (zoo, aquarium, Queen Victoria Markets, MCG etc) - great place for a family to base their stay at. Booking and check-in really easy - great communication from the host, and accommodating of our requests with young children. Definitely recommended.

Lovely property in a central location. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating. We loved the patio space in an afternoon when the cool breezes came through (had a table and chairs out there). Undercover secure parking spot which was great as we walked or trammed to all the places we wanted to go. Highly recommend this property and hosts.

The apartment was as described, very comfortable, everything you need for an enjoyable & relaxing break. So close to city & Queen Victoria Market - easy walk into city, lovely park very nearby and the car space was brilliant. Excellent communication with owner. Stayed at the condo for two months and had an excellent time. The terrace is huge and very nice to hang out. The condo was exactly as shown and very comfortable. Excellent to have the two bedrooms. The kitchen had everything that one needs to live. The condo is near a couple of supermarkets and plenty of restaurant choices.

We stayed with our two children and there was plenty of space for us all. The facilities are great - parking, washing machine, coffee machine, etc. Comfortable beds, and all linen was supplied which is a help. Located close to everything, we were easily able to walk to Docklands, Marvel, markets, CBD. Val was so helpful throughout our stay - we were personally greeted and welcomed with snacks and a drink, such a nice gesture after a long drive!

Val’s hospitality and introduction on our arrival was outstanding, with complimentary wine and cheese along with well priced beer and wine available to purchase. Providing Myki cards for us to use during our stay was also a bonus. The apartment was well appointed and the views of the city from the large balcony were a treat. Totally recommend.

This property is well worth the stay! Val was personally there to greet us when we arrived and showed us through. There was complimentary bubbles and cheese and fruit platter on arrival (early evening) which was very much appreciated as it meant we didn’t have to leave the apartment until the next morning. There was also bread and milk along with a very well equipped kitchen! The outdoor area is a perfect space with bbq and outdoor setting..The location is great…close to free city tram and Victoria Market. Highly recommend this property!

Great apartment with lots of facilities. Val was a great host. We walked every morning, the 500m or so, to the Victoria markets. The apartment is within walking distance of everything. The Flagstaff train station and tram stop is on the other side of the park - about a 5 minute walk. I would definitely recommend staying here if you don't want to be bang in the middle of the CBD, but don't want to be too far out either.

The room I stayed in had a great bed but my friend and her granddaughter complained about lumpy uncomfortable beds. And one slept on the couch as it was more comfortable. They also said there were snack food papers and lots of dust under their beds. Everything looked good on the surface so they were disappointed. Microwave on top of a tall fridge was a definite accident waiting to happen so we moved it to the bench top for safety. I found Val helpful and a lovely host

A friend and I rented this place for two weeks to visit Melbourne for the Australian Tennis Open. After a 22 hour travel day, Val met and review the property with us. Kindly she had prepared a cheese plate and a cold bottle of champagne. This property is very convenient to the downtown area of Melbourne and only two short blocks to the free tram zone. It is clean and has a washer and dryer. The most important thing is that Val has included many details that make your trip easier. There are maps and tourist information in the condo, loadable metro cards, wine, beer and coffee. It made our trip so much easier. She recommended some local restaurants that were all great. Have dinner in the Town Hall Hotel, if not for the great food, but the bread alone is worth it.

What a beautifully designed and presented apartment. Val was incredibly efficient with all her communications, and we really appreciated the added extra thought that she put into our stay! Val even set up the kids' room with themed quilt covers and had available Lego for our youngest. The apartment was spacious and had everything a family needed, especially after a long day travelling. The location was phenomenal, and it was easy to navigate ourselves to the RCH for an appointment and of course the Vic Market for a shop. The secure under cover parking is an absolute bonus for the city and the outdoor decking would be a delight in the warmer months. I would highly recommend this apartment to any Traveller but particularly families. Thank you so much Val for ensuring our family were well looked after. This apartment is by far our favourite we have stayed at whilst in Melbourne and will be sure to return.

The apartment is very nice and clean. Was very convenient for two people but can accommodate four (two king size bed bedrooms). While there is nothing of particular interest in immediate proximity, it is close to North Melbourne and to CBD, which makes it convenient. The street traffic can be a bit noisy. Val, the owner, is very nice and easy to deal with.
