BOUTIQUE STAYS - Milk & Honey
Milk & Honey is an exquisitely appointed townhouse situated on the border of Camberwell and Glen Iris, providing a modern and comfortable retreat for guests. The stylish interior of this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home showcases tasteful decorative pieces and furniture, creating a chic and inviting atmosphere. The spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area seamlessly flow to a courtyard with outdoor seating and a BBQ, making it an ideal space for entertaining or relaxation.
This elegant residence is equipped with ducted heating and cooling in the living room, as well as a split system in each bedroom, ensuring your comfort throughout the year. Situated in a small boutique block of only six, the townhouse offers glimpses of the city skyline from the main bedroom upstairs.

Unwind with the family in the spacious lounge area and whip up a storm in the well-designed kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances designed around a generous dining area with direct access to a lovely garden courtyard perfect for entertaining.
Sleeping:
All bedrooms are tucked away upstairs, with the main bedroom offering an ensuite bathroom and two further bedrooms sharing a spacious central bathroom
Bedding configuration (sleeps up to 6):
Bedroom 1 (main bedroom): king, ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobe, split system
Bedroom 2: split king, built-in wardrobe, split system
Bedroom 3: queen, built-in wardrobe, split system
Bathroom configuration:
Bathroom 1 (ensuite): shower, bath, double vanity, toilet
Bathroom 2 (central): shower, single vanity, toilet
Laundry:
The home comes with a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer
Outdoor:
The courtyard at Milk & Honey is the ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing drink or a delicious meal that you've cooked up on the BBQ.
Pets:
Small to medium-sized pets are welcome at this property but must abide by our terms and conditions. Charges apply for bringing pets - please advise us at the time of booking or prior to arrival if you are bringing a pet with you

Secure double remote garage parking for 2 vehicles

Ideally situated with a tram to the city right at your doorstep and within walking distance to Hartwell shopping strip (700m) and Burwood train stations (700m), this location offers excellent transport connections to Melbourne's CBD (13km) and beyond. Camberwell Village (3.5km) and Burwood Village (850m) provide abundant options for local shopping and dining. Walking distance to Burwood train station (700m), with the tram conveniently available at your doorstep. Only 13km to Melbourne CBD.
