Readyset Apartments is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found.

Check In Requirements:
Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation.
There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply.
Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.
A security deposit of $295 will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided within 7 days prior to arrival.

We had a great stay at this apartment, the property was 'as described and pictured' in the listing. We did have a couple of maintenance issues with the bathroom sinks blocking - we did manage to clear one ourselves. Also, the indoor swimming and spa pool were out of action for the majority of the stay and the gymnasium was very minimal. However, overall, we rate this apartment highly.

Holes in the walls, bins, not emptied, They need a new cleaner. Communication was excellent. Collecting keys at midnight was easy and very close. They let us keep our luggage there whilst we had breakfast when our flight was delayed

Clean, good showers, comfy beds, could b made easily better with a rug a piece of art lounge needs to face the great view. A little more attention to decor and would be much improved.

We had a wonderful time with interstate friends, lactation is excellent, finding the car park was very difficult, maybe should use landmark (eg: driveway next to men’s gallery) would make finding easier.
