"We normally stay on the third floor with our dogs when we are at this hotel. This visit we were on the second floor which has not been renovated. The hallway carpet, walls, etc. are badly in need of replacement. That said, the rooms were VERY clean and well appointed. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. We'll be back."

"I accidentally selected the wrong dates for a nonrefundable booking and contacted customer support immediately. I requested a date correction and explained that I still intended to stay at the same hotel. My requests for a date change or refund were declined, despite my willingness to rebook for the correct dates. I accept responsibility for entering the wrong dates and understand that the rate was nonrefundable. However, I was disappointed that no alternative was offered after I promptly reported the mistake. The handling of this situation has made me reluctant to book here again. Double-check your dates and cancellation terms before confirming your reservation."
