"Very pleasantly surprised with this hostel. Our triple room was big and comfortable with much more in it than we expected from the usual hostel we stay in! A really good room and had free parking. It is outside of the centre, but we had our car so drove in as was only there one night. We have a blue badge so found it relatively easy to park, but it was an evening and not the daytime so can't comment on that. Would definitely stay again if in Hamburg 😉 ps there is a McDonald's and burger king down the same street aswell."

"I had an excellent stay! however, there are some things to be aware of, which are not mentioned in the description of the hotel on Expedia: if you arrive 1-2 hours before check-in time, while most hotels will let you check in if they have a room available, here they ask for a whopping 25 euro... this is fine, but it should have been mentioned in the description of the hotel. Second thing that should be mentioned is that, as the rooms are small apartments, they do not get daily cleaning (I stayed for 3 nights); you can ask for extra towels, but the room itself is not serviced, the rubbish collected, etc. Again, no big deal, but it should have been made mentioned in the description. Despite all this, I had a great stay. The hotel is 25 minutes from the centre (by bus no. 4, which stops almost outside the hotel)."
