"If I can give Premier Village Phu Quoc 6 stars, I would. From check in to check out, everything exceeded our expectations. A shout to all the staffs with a 10/5 services, especially Chloe (QC Manager), Vinh (buggy driver), Hannah (The Market breakfast). Their patients, attentiveness, warmth hospitality made us feel like VIPS. This resort is so stunning, with a private white sand beach for guest to snorkel, kayaking, swimming. They also offer free ticket to Kiss of the Sea water show, it is so spectacular. I have seen many show in United States and Vegas, but this show is by far so much better. "From the moment we arrived at Grand Ocean Bay Resort Phu Quoc, we were completely blown away. Everything about this place radiates luxury and serenity — it truly felt like a real-life White Lotus experience (minus the drama!). The service was warm, prompt and genuinely attentive — nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide selection of fresh, tasty options and unreal ocean views to start each day. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully designed with luxurious wooden and rainforest-inspired finishes, while still feeling high end and polished. Everything was spotless, with amazing attention to detail in both furnishings and amenities. The pool area overlooking the ocean was paradise and the swim up cocktail bar was pure bliss. The spa was another highlight — I had a massage with the sea breeze and sound of waves in the background… heaven. We loved the convenient location, close to the main attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. The complimentary airport shuttle made everything seamless. We didn’t want to leave. 3 nights wasn’t enough! It truly felt like tropical paradise — the best resort we’ve ever stayed in (& we’ve stayed at many!) We will 100% be back."
