Hôtel Transatlantique à Meknès : cadre splendide

Tout s'est relativement bien passé cependant je regrette que, sachant que Meknès rencontre des problèmes de traitement d'eau (coupure d'eau entre 21h et 6h30 du matin), l'hôtel ne nous ait pas mis à disposition des bonbonnes d'eau pour notre toilette et autre (Nous étions 2 dans la chambre) . J'ai déposé une réclamation auprès de la réception (qui n'est nullement responsable de cette situation), seulement voilà la direction elle ne s'est pas manifestée... En résumé, pour nous laver les dents, les mains etc... nous avons dû payer des bouteilles d'eau à 20 dirhams pièce soit un coût supplémentaire pour nous d'environ 160 dirhams ! Cependant, je tiens à souligner que tout le personnel a été très sympathique, chaleureux, disponible et c'est grâce à eux que notre séjour s'est bien déroulé !

As the title suggests the hotel is long past it's best and is in need of serious TLC to bring it back to somewhere I would like to stay.
